Our Story
The Paw Path began with a simple vision: to offer personalised, loving care for every dog who walks through our doors. Our team is passionate, fully trained, and dedicated to ensuring that every paw in our care enjoys a safe, stimulating, and joyful experience.
Our values are at the heart of everything we do: safety, enrichment, wellbeing, and genuine love for animals. Our facilities include purpose-built indoor and outdoor areas for play and rest, a professional grooming suite with HydroSpa, and our very own Pet Taxi for easy pick-ups and drop-offs.

Team Introduction
Crystal
Founder of The Paw Path
I’m Crystal, founder of The Paw Path, a full service pet care company offering doggy daycare, grooming, dog walking, pet sitting and pet taxi services.
I started The Paw Path on my own in August 2024, offering dog walking, drop in visits, pet sitting and occasional overnight stays. In those early days, I often walked over 12 miles a day in all weathers, building the business from the ground up, one paw at a time.
I love dogs of all shapes and sizes and treat every dog in our care like my own. While I have a soft spot for working breeds, especially spaniels, my focus is always on making sure every dog is happy, safe and loved.
I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, the team we’ve built, the services we offer and the trusted relationships we have with all the dogs and owners who make The Paw Path so special. None of this would be possible without the support of our amazing clients. You allow us to do what we love every day, so please continue to support the business and spread the word about our amazing facility.
Favourite Hobby: Horse riding, cross country and trail hunting.
Favourite Breed: Dogs of all kinds, with a soft spot for working breeds.
Something funny about me (dog related): I talk to dogs more than people, and I remember dogs’ names long before their owners.
Julie
Supervisor
I’m Jules, and I’m so excited to officially introduce myself as a Supervisor here at The Paw Path!
I’ve had many roles over the years, but I can honestly say this is hands down the best job I’ve ever had. Spending my days with your amazing dogs truly feels like a dream come true, and I love being part of such a caring daycare family.
Getting to know each dog as an individual is my favourite part of the job. Every pup has their own personality, and I’m passionate about making sure they feel safe, happy, and confident while they’re with us.
I'm all about;
- Playgroup harmony keeping things fun, calm, and safe
- Big and small personalities from full on zoomies to quiet cuddles
- One on one bonds treating every dog like they’re my own
Favourite Dog Breed: Dachshunds the small dog with the biggest personality. But I truly love each and every one.
I can’t wait for the year ahead with our wonderful regulars and all the new doggies joining our daycare family. See you at drop off.
Jess
Dog Walker and Doggy Daycare Assistant
I started working for The Paw Path in September 2025, and at first it didn’t feel real that I was starting my dream job! I have a Husky X Collie called Bear who is my baby, and I have always dreamed of working with dogs.
My favourite part about the job is seeing all the happy waggy tails and knowing that each dog is living their best life. I am also so grateful to work with such a lovely team who have made me feel very welcome and part of The Paw Path family.
Favourite hobby: Reading a good book or going to the beach for a nice walk.
Funniest Dog Moment: My dog Bear stealing a pumpkin after we had been pumpkin picking and eating it.
Favourite Breed: Golden Retrievers and Labradors because they are so cuddly and funny.
Chloe
Doggy Daycare Assistant
I started working for The Paw Path in December 2025 and I absolutely love being part of the team. Best part of the job: coming into daycare to be greeted by very happy dogs and getting loads of cuddles and kisses from all of them.
I have four years of animal care qualifications, including a BTEC in dog care and grooming, and experience working with all kinds of animals – from feeding rhinos at Folly Farm to caring for dogs every day!
Favourite hobby: Crochet, going for walks on the beach, or doing anything that includes animals.
strong>Favourite dog breed: Big, cuddly, playful ones like Golden Retrievers and Bernese Mountain Dogs
Something funny about me (dog related): I’d much rather be around dogs and play with them all day than talk to people.
